Product customization service
We have a complete set of product customization services. After understanding the needs of customers, our business personnel will discuss with R & D personnel and provide design drawings. After the customer confirms the drawings and orders, the production of the machine will begin. Before the machine leaves the factory, we will go through systematic and rigorous machine inspection and testing, and help customers train on the operation process of the machine and solutions to problems. After the test machine has no problems, our engineers will install and test the machine on site, waiting for the customer's acceptance and trial production.
Pre production meeting
After the customer places an order and determines the demand, we will hold a prenatal meeting with the business personnel, R & D team and production leader to discuss and arrange. During the meeting, we will explain the needs of customers, set quality standards, coordinate internal production personnel and time planning, put forward potential problems in production and solve them in advance. Only after the above items are confirmed, can we start production.
After sales service process
Our equipment has a one-year warranty. After the customer finds that there is a problem with the machine and contacts us, our after-sales personnel will reply within 2 hours. And contact technicians to analyze the problem points at the first time, provide solutions, and solve customer problems in the fastest time. After the problem is solved, we will have a special telephone return visit to ask whether the problem has been solved and whether the machine operates normally.
After Sales Service
1. Delivery and Installation
1) We provide necessary labour, documents and supervision for delivery and installation of the equipment in CUSTOMERS’ workshop for commissioning and testing on site of the equipment.
2)Customer should be responsible for Our engineer’s flight tickets, accommodation and meals during commissioning testing and maintenance in their workshop.
2. Warranty, Training and Maintenance
1) We provide an on-site operational training on operation and safety aspects of the equipment to the staff members of customer in our workshop,as well as free of accommodation and meals.
2)The equipment is with 1-year warranty, while ultrasonic generator with 2-year warranty. The equipment is guaranteed from any defects arising from faulty workmanship and poor material quality etc., for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the equipment by Customer. All spare parts and labour cost incurred during this warranty period shall be borne by us, except those caused by mis-use or normal wear and tear.
3)We shall provide advice on trouble shooting within 2 hours upon receipt of notice and rectify any defects for smooth production.
